  Weather Notes: A weakening disturbance may bring a few snow showers to the mountains this afternoon otherwise look for a partly sunny day with temperatures near normal. Wednesday promises to be even brighter as high pressure builds over us and then a cold front is expected here for late Thursday. The front will kick off a few rain or snow showers as it moves through but more importantly it will usher in much colder air for Friday and the weekend.
